All themes that I saw were themes from official Prestashop Addons recorded by someone!
Just changed images, colors, and some elements!
I don't trust those author's marketplace. They do not understand the theme code they are pirates!

Does it install normally and completely the first time?
Have you checked whether the files are free of viruses and trojans?
This theme resembles the popular wp theme electro.
It seems that it is plagiarism and I doubt whether it will work normally.
