Can this module sync messages with MS Outlook, both incomming and sending? I.e I replay to an email in this module, will the sent message be visible in MS Outlook and vice versa?

The following problem occurred to me after installing the module. The weight unit in Local Units in my shop is in gr, yet the module shows the weight in kg. I see no possibility to change it in the module from kg to gr. Does someone else has this problem or knows how to solve it?
