Personally, I use DigitalOcean and Vultr. But I don't think theres any one right option - depends what you need out of your hosting (besides managed WP)

Creating a thread gives you +11, creating a post gives you +7, someone liking a post or thread of yours is +7 and liking or downloading a file is -11
