How do users of this site prevent getting their hosted sites infected my malware? If anyone can upload, what prevents malicious actors uploading malware?

I think its just a bit confusing when you are first joining because its not exactly easy to contribute as a layman (outside of posting in the offtopic forums maybe, which doesn't feel like an actual contribution)
