There are two suspects. Page Builder or ZOO. If there is an upload to the Page Builder on 2.7.24, I'll test it right away. Then I know exactly whose fault it is.

A Joomla update to 4.2.0 can cause problems with ZOO. Vorlamm then when you work with user management. There is an error here: "count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given" Guest users are not affected. The Yootheme Builder version 2.7.24 update may fix the problem.
