Yes, and you can use wildcard in postcode too, like 14**.

Hello i did test this module but the thing is that it doesn't change the carrier based on the state of the user after choosing it , am using it with the module one page checkout.

any help guys am stuck with this
basically i need each time a user chooses a state a i need to show him only the proper carrier that will deliver to him.
