AI in Customer Service: Real-World Gains?
I see many articles about using AI for customer service, but I want real feedback!

We are thinking of implementing an AI solution to manage Level 1 support (FAQs, basic triage) to free up our human agents for complex cases.

Anyone has concrete success stories?

What good example of AI use did you see/implement? Is it mainly chatbots, or are there better uses (like smart routing or agent assistance)?

Did it really reduce your cost/agent workload, or was it just another layer of complexity to manage?
