V1.7 Can someone help me to fix this Error? please

Hi, I used the auto tag generator module, and after that when i edit the products it appears this error

Error......
The keyword list (English (English)) is not valid.
The keyword list (Français (French)) is not valid.
The list of keywords (Spanish) is not valid.

I have removed the plugin and cleared the cache but this error still showing. Please someone help me to fix it. thanks
