yea you can if you are using a nulled version just be care full im using one on there and everything is fine as long as kno 1 has a grudge on you where thery will report you my others that i host is offshore from dmc take down

Yes you can install easily, there will be no issue. i have tested xenforo script for my clients.
They are using from last 4-5 years.

Edited: You can use some Hosting provider that accepting BTC, they don't take down hosting even with DMCA Notice.

yes you can use shared hosting
but make sure php 8 available
just ask support for latest php
