Overview​

The CSV or EBP accounting export module enables you to create a file from date to date, ready to be imported into your accounting software such as EBP, Sage or Cegid, or to be sent to your accountant in CSV format.

Saves you time !
With this module, you'll save precious time entering your accounting entries into your accounting software. This module will enable you to export accounting entries from your Prestashop invoices and import them into your accounting software with a CSV or directly for EBP, Sage or Cegid accounting software.

Features​

From module to accounting

• Choose the dates for your export;
• Retrieve a CSV file;
• Use the customizable import function in your software and follow the steps step by step;
• Each step in importing your file into EBP is illustrated by a screenshot that you can view directly in the module.

Customizable posting accounts
Before starting your export, you can configure the module to define all account numbers:

• For customers
• For different VATs
• For carrier
• For gift wrapping

In just a few clicks, you'll automatically import several hundred invoices and credit notes in CSV format into your EBP software or any other program.
Get a solution that's compatible with your accounting software
With this module, you can export all your invoices from date to date and import them into EBP. An interface allows you to consult all your invoices from date to date, as well as all the totals required for your accounting:

• Total sales excl. and incl. VAT
• Total sales by country
• Total VAT: 20%, 5.5%...

Configurations possibles

• Export from date to date
• Choice of export format: EBP or CSV accounting export. (from Prestashop 1.6)
• Configuration of carrier accounts
• Configuration of VAT accounts
• Configuration of product accounts: advanced breakdown by category and even independently for each product. (from Prestashop 1.6)
