But I have bad practice with that theme. Two of the two sites on this theme were blocked by google ADS.

What's append with this ?

If someone have bad using with ADS, with this theme or with another, his site will be blocked.

This is true with facebook ADS too.

Yes. I have used this theme and was satisfied but two sites with that theme were banned by Google ADS. Banned without appeal. Nevertheless, I create new sites with those products with another theme (AngerTheme) and all works well.

I did some comparing between version 4.0.3 and 4.0.7.
It seems that the main difference is the optimizations of arrays. Instead of using array() they use []
Code: 
From:
$result = array();
to:
$result = [];


They also change Double Quotes (“) to Single quotes (‘).
And changed $i++ to ++$i

There is also some optimizations in the tpl-files.

assets/js/theme.js is reduced in file size. From 288,6 kb to 202,4 kb.

There is no issue with the theme. It's just that his website was banned by google ads because of data violations or other issues.

No!! Bro. After ADS GOOGLE banned the website, I рфму rebuilt that site on the new domain, with the same products on AngetTheme - two months the site has good sales.

GOOGLE GMC's policy is irritating. I had the same experience, the same data, and the theme got banned. But after changing the domain name it got approved.
They said that the final interpretation is in their hands, and they have the right to ban any website that affects the user experience of google ads.

Thats really wierd. They could atleast be specific and tell you exactly whats wrong.
