Thanks a lot for sharing! Once you get the hang of Flex, you really don’t need any other template for any project... But for those who’ve tried it—am I the only one, or is it not working? I tried running it on a local server and it’s throwing some pretty weird issues... Anyone else running into something like this?

My friends, I’ve tested this package across different local and remote server configurations, and I’m sorry to say the package is corrupted—there’s simply no way to make it work. Some files are missing and others are just broken. Even if you manage to install it by manually creating some .xml files, you’ll run into the unpleasant surprise that you have to disable AcyMailing and then reinstall it. And just when you think things are finally working, you’ll see that you can’t enable automatic updates—a problem you won’t be able to fix even by overwriting the corrupted files. At that point you’ll probably say, “Ok, no big deal, I’ll just keep an eye on updates and do them manually like in the old days...” But then, once you start adding your content and try to activate any module... surprise! As soon as you activate a module, your content disappears!

I appreciate the good intention behind sharing this excellent Joomla template, but unfortunately, the package doesn’t work. If anyone manages to find a solution to all of this, it would be a huge help if they could share how on earth they did it!
