[Help]I updated my WordPress and now the message "HTTPS Error 500" appears

I went to update my website on Wordpress and now I get this error message on the main page and it won't let me do anything with it in the administrator part. HTTPS ERROR 500.
What can I do to regress the site to before the update?

got same error but on the front page of the website. In dashboard as admin I don`t have this issue
