Can anyone help me solve a problem transferring from magento 1 to prestashop 1.7.8.1.0
I have this kind of problem :
after creating the Magento FTP folder with the related php file, when I do the connection test from prestashop it tells me that everything is ok.
but when I try to connect to make the transfer it gives me a connection error and the error Can't truncate mapping table appears at the bottom of the URL.
Grateful to anyone who can help me

The solution to this problem is very simple.

If the problem is examined carefully, it says that there is no table to clean.
When I checked, I saw that the problem was that the module's SQL tables were not installed.
I found the Sql tables from the files of the module. I haven't installed it manually and tested it yet.

I will try it and write you the results.
