I recommend using the MailConverterTools MBOX File Viewer you can view and open MBOX files. The software is a brilliant solution to quickly open corrupt, Inaccessible and Damaged MBOX files. This software converts MBOX files to PST, PDF, MBOX, MSG, EML, EMLX, and so on. Additionally, the software features an interactive user interface that is designed for ease of use, ensuring a smooth experience for both technical and non-technical users.

A few methods are available to import the MBOX file Outlook for Windows. To do so, you have to install the Thunderbird first, and then by following the steps shared below, you can open the MBOX file in your system.

1. Install the ImportExportTools NG Add-on:

Open Thunderbird and go to "Add-ons and themes" (or Tools > Add-ons).
Search for "ImportExportTools NG" and install it.
Restart Thunderbird.

2. Import the .mbox File:

In Thunderbird, click on "Local Folders" in the left pane.
Right-click on "Local Folders" and select "ImportExportTools NG" > "Import mbox file".
Choose "Import directly one or more mbox files".
Navigate to and select the .mbox file(s) you want to import, then click "Open".
The emails from the .mbox file will be imported into Thunderbird's Local Folders.
