My Outlook mailbox has grown very large and is taking up too much space on my system. I have already deleted unnecessary emails and emptied the Deleted Items folder, but the PST file size has not reduced much. Can anyone guide me on how to free up space in Outlook by compacting the PST file safely without losing any important emails or data? Also, is there any option in Outlook for this, or do I need to use some third-party tool?

If you use Microsoft Outlook excessively, the size of your PST (Personal Storage Table) file can increase a lot, which slows down Outlook and also occupies more space in the computer than needed. But there is no need to worry, you can free up space by compacting the PST file, that too without deleting any email.

I was troubled by the slow speed of Outlook for some time. It turned out that my PST file had become larger than 5GB. Then I tried DataVare Outlook PST Compact Expert Tool and got really amazing results.

This tool reduced my file to a great extent without deleting any emails.
Easy interface and fast processing; no technical knowledge is required.
You can also save space by separating attachments or removing duplicate data.

If your Outlook file is also becoming heavy, then definitely try it once:
