Is CSGO 2.0 is better than the original CSGO?

I wonder does CSGO 2.0 really bring a lot of improvements than the old CSGO?
I know about the graphic, but what about the gameplay, game physics etc?

It's not any better, cheaters bugs but it's normal csgo was like this when it came. We have to wait for patches and optimizations
