Hi everyone,

I'm trying to install the plugin jspeed_v3.1_forjoomla5.x_4.x on my live Joomla website (Joomla 5, PHP 8.4), but I run into an issue during installation.

When I install the plugin on my local development environment, everything goes smoothly and I see the following messages:

JSpeed plugin for Joomla!
STEP 1: Installing JSpeed frameworks plugin ...complete 
STEP 2: Installing JSpeed module... complete 
STEP 3: Installing JSpeed main plugin ...complete

However, when I try to install the same plugin on my live website, I only see:

JSpeed plugin for Joomla!

…and then nothing happens. It seems to hang or freeze there — no steps are completed, and no error is displayed.

Might be quite a few things. Can you check out what is set temp folder, what's maximum php upload, do you have write permission for directories... And do you have any errors in log files?
