No me funcionan las plantillas de yootheme

Hola a tod@s, he instalado varios paquetes de joomla 4 y 5 de Yootheme Kojiro, no me funcionan correctamente.
El fontend no se visualiza y el backend puedo entrar pero en la pestaña de yootheme pro tampoco veo nada pero si puedo editar y cambiar todos los parámetros.
¿Alguien sabe que es lo que pasa?

That's little information. Which PHP version is installed?
Also the HTACCESS - CSS -SQL. A little more information is needed to be able to help.

I have tried installing the templateTrek package from yooteme, the same thing happens to me, the frontend stays blank. On the same server I have installed an SP Page Builder package and it works correctly.
