This free osclass plugin is very simple and enable to create poll or survey in just a minute.​

• Multilingual - everything can be translated to all languages on your site
• User friendly - plugin remembers choice even for non-logged in user and also recognize if user has closed survey window or not
• 4 survey types - choose best design for you: Radio buttons in horizontal alignment; Radio buttons in vertical alignment; Checkboxes or Stars (for NPS)
• Customizable - plugin allows to set name, description, message shown when survey is send, value names and description in all languages
• Ajax / No reloads - usage of ajax to provide best user experience without reloads
• Statistics - checkout survey answers from backoffice
• Positioning - you can place survey to all 4 corners, survey is fixed to selected corner
• Control visibility - select on what pages is survey visible, i.e. just on homepage
