What's the main reason for chose prestashop or Magento?

prestashop is ok for small and medium website and the resources for website with prestashop is not expensive. but prestashop with id for category and product and framework is not the best for the seo
magento is the best cms for large catalog but required dedicated server or vps whith large resources for seo is the best and customize

I have a store with over 12,000 products on cs-cart, a store with over 5,000 products on prestashop and opencart. Both move extremely well on shared hosting. The budget to support a magento with comparable requirements is at least 10 times higher. I don't see any reason why I would choose Magento when there are these options (cs cart, prestashop or opencart). Even on the SEO side cs cart and prestashop are very good and I have no problem occupying positions in the top10 Google /
