x IMPORTANT: new signature generating mechanism by openssl_encrypt supported PHP 7.2+
x fixed displaying price tax suffix (and his translation) depending on PrestaShop tax settings
x fixed translation typos
x fixed displaying shipping cost currency & tax suffix
x fixed amount of total price when discount coupon / cart rule is applied
+ added private notes field
+ added notification if openssl_encrypt extension is no available on the server
- removed signature generating mechanism by mcrypt
