v1.7-v8x [Request] Cancel Order by Customer

Hi,

does anyone have the Cancel Order by Customer module?

Unfortunatelly, I am not able to find it anywhere. This module is so useful for day-to-day operations of the shop that I wonder why it is not implemented in Prestashop by default.

If anyone has it or knows where to get it I would really appreciate some sharing.
