Upload an Shopify Theme dangerous?

Hi,

can Shopify detect stolen themes and block the shop? And is anyone aware of a case?

As far as I know, Shopify can't but you may be aware from installing themes from untrusted sources, maybe someone has bugged the theme with HTML codes etc... so at least scan your HTML and Java scripts.

same question. I've heard about some nulled theme are inject code and change to their payment gate
