V1.7 How to display modules (like Top Banner / Cookies) with different themes?

I've been struggling to use EU Cookie Law GDPR (Banner + Blocker) and Top Banner with custom themes.

I'm using Nuranium theme.

How to make them show up?
Please help me! Thanks!
