Really appreciate this share! It is a bit old, but still works as it should, I think (it shrunk my pics). It installed and the operations I tested worked (tested on v1.7.6.5)

****A warning to all though, i'm not sure if it is because i'm sorta new to presta (just jumped back to this after several years) but it will give you a popup after installing:

AUTHENTICATION: OK

I tested on localhost, turned my internet off and received this:

WARNING: FILES HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, COULD NOT PROVE PAID PRODUCT.

Or something to that effect. You can still install, but just a warning, I think it does callback to some server. Now that I know this, I will be testing many of these on localhost only (not the only time i've seen the 'authentication: ok' message).
