Is there a way to create an adult tube site using WordPress without spending on premium themes and plugins?

I am trying to create an adult tube site using WordPress but I can't afford to pay for a theme at the moment. I just can't seem to find nulled themes for such either. How would you advise I go about this?

Just start with a normal grid theme.. like BAM or any themes from themesdna..
