a lot of themes are not very well suited to all mobile devices, i am thinking is there any such tool, suitable for editing theme design responsiveness visually, without writing and fixing css style parameters manually ?
v1.6-v1.7 Maybe some one could offer the tool, for easily editing prestashop theme responsiveness ?

Hello. No. Only Theme Builder. But I saw recently module that allow edit theme file in BO. If interesting I'll look for
.. have found those, .. will try to see how good are they.
interface is very promising, if only it work as expected, but in reality it was very hard to use them, a lot of bugs, i would say it could be faster doing modifications just in plain css files, because i donw know why, but a lot of changes done by interface is just not updating in themes live version.
