To change the WordPress back and frontend language, log in the wp-admin panel > Settings > General. There change the Site Language option to your desired language. Once you save the changes the new language will be applied to your website.

WordPress arka ve ön uç dilini değiştirmek için wp-admin paneli > Ayarlar > Genel'e giriş yapın . Site Dili seçeneğini istediğiniz dile değiştirin. Değişiklikleri kaydettikten sonra yeni dil web sitenize uygulanacaktır.
no I want to change the languages in the theme content. For example, there is a Notification Text and I want to write and edit it in russian or any other language.

@bugrastar , first of all your theme needs to support the custom language.
if not , you need to create/add one i.e. Spanish.

You can find out more on : https://poedit.net/
I am using the Loco Translate plugin, I have changed most of the site but some parts are still unchanged. I'm looking at the plugin, the texts are not showing

If dev in theme used plain echo like echo "download"; you can't translate this string in loco.

Hi bugstar, did you double-checked if you got all the lines(texts) that needs to be translated?

Well, there's a small chance that you might need to add those extra texts/lines.

Hope this will help
