I found out about Nextend Smart Slider 3 which seems like a good alternative too.
I might stop waiting soon and rely on that one instead, more modern..

have an idea ? I modified the code deleted the license on the dashboard I no longer have activation but I can't download the slider examples.

Hello, Smartslider3 which is activated
1) rename smartslider3 in www\j4\libraries\
smartslider3old.
2) Put the contents of the zip www\j4\libraries\smartslider3
3) Test in your back-office the component
4) If it's ok you can delete the old folder
To download the template files it is not possible because the JS requires a valid key to access the server.
