This is a modified and corrected version of version 4.2.1, which is available in the Help Desk | Advanced Ticket Management System module forum by webkul.

I've modified several things in the PHP, controllers, and template files to make it compatible with PHP 8.4 and PrestaShop 9.0.1.

This version was modified by RicRey; version 9.0.1 honors the version of PrestaShop on which I did the tests. If you find any errors, please take a screenshot and post it so I can correct them.

Hi, does this version which you modded for Presta 9 work on Presta 8.2 ?

I haven't tested it on PrestaShop 8.2; it worked on PrestaShop 8.1 before. Technically, it should work. Try it out and let me know if you run into any problems, and I'll help you fix them. But in theory, it should work fine on PrestaShop 8.x through 9.
