Code quality has remained at the same 5-year-old level and needs improvement. Currently, all JavaScript is packed into one huge file and loaded on every page, which is not good for performance.

As I can see it becomes much faster than before. There is a new widget Advanced slider based on simple scripts that can replace heavy and overcomplicated Revolution slider. and Page Speed results looks awesome now right after theme installation

This Addon seems to be what I’ve been looking for for a long time.

As I can see in the latest Alysum update a great work regarding js scripts lazy loading was done. Now the theme load js features only in a moment when it's requested in UI. That make initial theme loading faster

From my experience every CE Pro version works fine with Alysum

You don't need any extra module to have WebP images format. The latest Prestashop as well as Alysum theme supports Webp

Not for me. Too outdated modules, dirty code, bad quality overall
