you can consider to switch to lightspeed server and use ligtspeed cache plugin, it does nice job in prestashop

Depends on your needs and scale of your poject. for really small you can stick for wordpress with wcommrce or paid software like shopify. anyway From small to medium/large shops i think Prestashop is the best anyway
