Depends on your needs and scale of your poject. for really small you can stick for wordpress with wcommrce or paid software like shopify. anyway From small to medium/large shops i think Prestashop is the best anyway

Prestashop is better and it is easier to start with. Magento maybe good only for some large scale projects
