Won't work with Prestashop 1.7.7.1, installation will get stucked at 63%

It seems that it is corrected with 2.2.0 but it means that 2.1.8 won't work anymore since it pushes only the very last version of Prestashop.

Anybody could get 2.2.0 ? Thanks
