chgQRCode target URL can now be modified to include arbitrary parameters, for instance utm_source or utm_campaign. They can be downloaded as PNG or SVG
chgQRCodes are now built internally, don't depend on external service.
chgQRCode generated for each page is now using the website home address instead of the current URL visited by the browser
chgPerformance: avoid calling expandable variables filter multiple times
bugTitle of status icon in pages list is not translated
bugWrong logic in comparing image sizes may lead to picking the wrong image in some cases
