Advice for speeding up site needed.

hi,
i use wp and elementor for site building and although my homepage is loading very fast the rest pages take much longer to load.
In waterfall i can see that the problem is at the first loading file the html. Any suggestions?

Use caching. Cloudflare + the free Cloudflare Super cache works great for me.
