v1.6-v1.7 Blog addons : how to choose between Prestablog or BLOG ?

I am new i this place and i have start using prestashop for a project, and i would like to had a blog with good Features to my site,
I have see two blog addons who are very similars, but i want your help to choose one of these two blog template, do you have already use one of them?
What is the best in you opinion ? best seo ? best options?
