The Prestahero blog module is definitely very good. I have it, but it's also very complicated, and you have to study the whole thing before you can publish anything usable. So it's not for users who need things done quickly.

The module is great and as any other module, yes, you have to set some settings but it is not so complicated from my point of view.

Also the settings are rich and this makes the module powerful.
