V8x Cannot download the module from Addons : Invalid credentials

I am new trying to install oneof theme i downloaded from the form at movic but get this error
amething with 8.1.6 GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException: Client error: POST https://api-addons.prestashop.com?format=json&iso_lang=en&iso_code=FR&version=8.1.6&shop_url=http://localhost:8080&method=module&id_module=20111&channel=stableresulted in a 400 Bad Request response: {"errors":{"code":"0003","label":"Invalid credentials"}}

When using prestashop 8.1 or 8.2 i cant find a configruation for api keys for addons, I am running prestashop on docker locally
