I've had this plugin saved on my PC for the longest time. The original owner abandoned it. It's useful for cloaking referrer or redirecting based on user's location.

So let's say I am an affiliate for a CPA company and they don't allow direct traffic from Facebook. With this plugin, you can make it appear to your affiliate company that the visitor came from another page on your website, thus hiding Facebook as the traffic source.
