Did you created your own plugin thanks to AI ?

Hi everyone,
since windsurf is out I m making some python projects that I wouldn't be able to do before.

Now I mean juste few mins ago I stared to creating a module to have thumbnail for variations displayed, don't know the outcome yet BUT if I thought about that maybe some of you already did some perso Module for PrestaShop aswell ?

Someone want share their DiY module or idea to make a helpful module that's not existing yet ?

Some people here are good developers and are also like you, hunting for ideas or trends.
And I suppose in the modern world, a good idea costs something

AI's pretty bad coding for Prestashop.
Just ask AI "how to get Symfony container from native module class". You'll get three answers and all answers will be wrong

For ideas ... I have to disagree with you, ideas worth not much today, even making a good product out of it. In an ocean of products, and all bad products marketed as best products, with all fake around (blogs, reviews, Faq so on ....) you don t have best product, you have best marketing and then a product behind. So the ideas if fare behind, before you reach something

Just as @d-shilko says, just forget that an AI will create a working module out of the box.
If you have knowledge about coding and how PrestaShop works, then AI can be of great help. If you lack that knowledge an AI will spin you deep down into a rabbit hole.

The future is not here yet.

thats the secret, get the basic knowledge about coding and how PrestaShop works. then ai will make some part easy for you...
