The performance numbers look great, but the reality isn't so rosy. A lot of out-of-the-box code needs to be changed and removed (it doesn't work, it's unnecessary, and it's just a stopgap). Bottom line: it looks great, and the theme is designed for you to buy, but it can't be released into production without modification.
