maybe first you need to change thread to right thread ,not here.

In the backend, first disable cache - next go to Creative Elements Saved Templates - My Templates and resave the template. Check if it works. If not then: go to file var/cache and delete folder "prod"
Alternatively, restart php if possible. Maybe it will help.
