I am a web developer that usually uses Joomla to develop websites. I started with Wordpress 20 years ago and then switched to joomla about 15 years ago but lately my clients are requesting websites made in WP. I can see there are a lot of templates/sites made in WPBakery but for what i heard Elementor is the new trend. So... what are your experience and thoughts

Elementor vs WPBakery for Basic Websites

I personally prefer using WPBakery, especially through the Salient theme, because it allows me to build my own fully customized theme structure quite easily. It gives me the flexibility to shape layouts and styles exactly the way I want, without being limited by pre-made design constraints.
Elementor, in my opinion, is a good choice for users with less technical background, as it’s more beginner-friendly. However, I find it less versatile when it comes to deep customization and creating truly unique designs from scratch.
