Can anyone share me the latest version of Formidable Geolocation addon by Geo My Wp for Formidable forms

The Formidable Geolocation plugin provides 8 additional form fields: Geocoder, Address, Coordinates, Google Map, Locator Button, Directions, Directions Panel, and a Reset Location button fields.
