i'm looking for a plugin for menage the gdpr/privacy consent and that could scan/find cookies on the site.

Do you know something suitable?

What are you using on your site with cookies? If you use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, can you update the RODO module in Wordpress. If you do not use cookies to store visitor data, you do not need to worry about this.
