Thank you for information i will try this !
Post automatically merged:

This is a modified and corrected version of version 4.2.1, which is available in the Help Desk | Advanced Ticket Management System module forum by webkul.

I've modified several things in the PHP, controllers, and template files to make it compatible with PHP 8.4 and PrestaShop 9.0.1.

Thanks for your likes!

This version was modified by RicRey; version 9.0.1 honors the version of PrestaShop on which I did the tests. If you find any errors, please take a screenshot and post it so I can correct them.
is good?

Hello, I had an error in the bo tab of the module, when I clicked in configure module I got the error Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/views/templates/admin/config.tpl) is not within the allowed path(s), if anyone gets this error you have to delete the first slash in
return $this->display(__FILE__, '/views/templates/admin/config.tpl'); next to views.

Hello. Are you a developer? What's your stack?
Yes, I'm a developer. I work with different languages like PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, Python... as well as SQL, CSS, frameworks like PrestaShop, WordPress, WHMCS, and I'm also very proficient in server-side bash code, etc.
@ricrey

Sounds fairly cool.
Why don't you produce modules and sell them? :))
Maybe you do it!?

Where are you from?
Perhaps because I can't think of anything, and I see they've already been created and shared here, I prefer to help the forum.

But I have created several, I just haven't shared them xD
@d-shilko @ricrey
Sorry guys if I butt in on the exchange, I hope I'm not being too intrusive. The questions D-Shilko asked you are interesting, as are the answers. I'd like to point out that I've never found a booking (tourism) module for PrestaShop that really works. Either they do too much and it becomes a mess, or they do too little and it's useless. Can we discuss it and see if an idea comes out? Let me know what you think.
