[HELP] How to Upgrade Helix Plugin and Theme?

Helix is very interesting. It greatly simplifies our life. But I can't update it. Whenever I try, I have problems updating Helix Ultimate Framework (Plugin) and Shape Helix (Template)

When you say you can't update it - do you mean it won't update or it does but the website's css doesn't work?
