How do activate nulled themes

I was wondering how activates nulled themes. I sometimes download supposedly nulled themes and then end up being asked to activate the theme. this has been happening a lot recently.

Usually themes don't need to be activated to use, just need subscription number to update.

You Do Not Need a subscription to MANUALLY update a yootheme site. Just

To update to latest version,
Download Latest Yootheme Pro and
INSTALL (not Update) OVER existing version
